Piano Awareness Month is an effort to focus public awareness on the benefits
from and value of piano ownership, music, musicians and music education. It is
envisioned as a joint effort between regularly competing piano and music
businesses, professionals, organizations who will join together under the banner
of Piano Awareness. Subsequently, other events
can be held under the theme of "Piano Awareness" during the month at separate
locations to keep the focus of the public and media on "Piano Awareness."
